Business Development Manager – Automotive(jobxl)
Be the filed expert, understand the market trend, competitor landscape within the territory, make territory planning and road making accordingly to outline the business potential and define the territory strategies;
Qualify new projects per feasibility study, build robust project pipeline to ensure continuous growth;
Handle customer RFQs in line with internal process and pricing strategy;
Follow up samples and tests per project timeline;
To make commercial proposals and conduct commercial negotiations;
Negotiate contracts with customers within Company’s guidelines;
Accurately communicate customer needs and potentials to internal departments;
要求:
At least 5 years BD experience in automotive industrial;
Technical background in mechanical industry;
Familiar with Tier 1 and Tier 2 company;
Good business sense and proven sales performance;
Good English (both reading and writing) & presentation skill;
Good communication and negotiation skill;
Good teamwork and positive attitude;
Aggressive & proactive, learning attitude/ability, can work under pressure.
