大客户经理(jobxl)
Ensure all KAs are taken care of properly with KA plan in place;
Develop and maintain KA customer relationship at all level to support Company’s position as the continued vendor of choice.
Use CRM as basic tool for business planning and project management;
Understand the customers business; processes and key issues, ensure that Company’s capabilities are consistent with customer requirements and understood by both parties.
Regular communicate with customer on their demand/forecast and update internally for planning and inventory/safety stock management;
Manage sales order processes for the applicable accounts to ensure smooth order execution, follow up pastdue orders;
Assist finance dpmt for customer credit control, follow up A/Rs to improve the DSO and account profitability; Handle customer complaints;
Manage accounts and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure customer satisfaction;
At least 5 years KAM experience in automotive industrial;
Technical background in mechanical industry;
Familiar with Tier 1 and Tier 2 company;
Strong business growth mindset;
