IR Senior Manager（stellayao）
Assist CFO and IR head in maintaining relationships with investors, sell-side research analysts, investment banks, third party vendors;
Responsible for coordinating internal and external resources of the company to meet investor relations needs;
Collect resource information, and answer questions about the company and industry; Prepare all public documents of the company, such as presentation documents, press releases, etc.
Systematically track investor & analyst communications and take lead in follow-ups;
Assist in arranging earnings release activities, such as press release, presentation, conference call, etc.
Assist in capital markets activities such as capital raising such as follow-on financings, PIPE, convertibles, spin-offs and dual listings;
Other tasks assigned.
Reports to Senior Director of Investor Relations;
Bachelor degree or above; 4 years or above of work experience;
Experience in investor relations with publicly traded companies (US or HK-listed), external IR firm, and/or equity capital markets Working knowledge of key global (US, HK) and domestic China capital markets regulations;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
