Senior Manager for Corporate Restructuring &Tax（jobyxd）
Ensure corporate restructuring &tax related global issues in compliance and assist to develop strategy including supporting special cross-function projects.
Support department head over company decided strategies in business, finance and tax area. Familiar with company’s business and to minimize global tax risk.
Support and participate corporate development strategy and transactions.
Ensure tax compliance and manage Non-Trade related Foreign Exchange transactions including contract review, registration and payment process.
Research and support to execute assigned ad-hoc tasks.
Minimum 7 – 9 years combined experience in public accounting and/ or private company with biopharma related industry or experience is preferred.
Big 4 accounting firm experience is preferred.
Strong PRC tax technical knowledge and practice as well as strong sense of international tax environment update and the ability to coordinate planning strategy.
Strong sense of accounting knowledge and able to work with finance department for company’s financial statements related tasks.
Knowledge of US GAAP and ASC 740 is preferred.
Self-motivated and can demonstrate good managerial skill to identify issues and solution driven.
A team player with courtesy, vision of driving for team success including outgoing personality willing to lead cross-function projects and tasks.
Strong English communication skill in verbal and writing as well as PPT power point preparation.
A good personal presentation in business appearance.
PRC CPA a must or foreign equivalent professional credential.
