Requirements

Responsibilities

• Create and participate in executing strategies to assist our clients in meeting their ambitious China objectives.

• Work closely and collaboratively with our clients and your ADG colleagues to bridge difference and close transactions with leading China partners.

• Create and Assist ADG management and our clients on making decisions and setting priorities.

• Collaborate with clients and targets to build localized presentations, develop attractive business cases and gain support within all relevant levels and departments.

• Follow and improve ADG’s platform and best practices to help us build long term success and ensure a rewarding career path.

Skills & Experience

• Native Chinese speakers only.

• A strong command of English to manage multi-cultural discussions and conference calls.

• Business development experience promoting software and hardware solutions to large companies with complex decision making processes.

• Proven experience in operating in a multi-cultural environment.

• A positive attitude and willingness to work hard to drive results for our clients.

• An ability to work in close teams under high pressure - we have no room for lone wolves.

• Proven experience working effectively with key decision makers across Chinese partners in relevant departments including strategy, R&D, product planning, product, commercial, marketing and other departments.

• Candidates must be able to work well in a diverse team and have a sense of urgency, a desire to win and willingness to always look for creative solutions to bridge gaps.
