论坛简介

全球环境科学高峰论坛系列讲座（GloBal Environmental Science SummiT seminar series, BEST），由哈尔滨工业大学环境学院组织、多家单位联合协办，意在打造全球范围内的精品高端环境论坛，为研究学者、企业家、环境从业者以及学生等提供广泛的国际交流机会。BEST论坛涉及主题包括：气候变化与可持续发展、环境与生态健康、减污降碳协同增效、水资源及水处理技术、土壤修复、环境基准与环境安全、环境微生物学、人工智能与大数据等。

BEST每月进行一次讲座。应BEST的邀请，BEST第九讲将由来自哈尔滨工业大学的马军院士进行。

报告摘要

人类从农业主导社会进入到工业主导社会后，人口逐渐从农村向城市转移，城市水资源需求量高、农副产品和工业产品需求量大，城市缺水、环境污染和生物安全问题逐渐凸显。城市热岛效应、气候变化、洪涝灾害、地震灾害、生物多样性减少等制约城市进一步发展。随着城市向城市群方向发展，人类与水、生态环境、资源禀赋及城乡发展之间的矛盾日益增强，由化石能源过度开发和城市化发展导致的生态环境持续恶化、全球气候变化等问题日益突出，人类生存面临新的重大挑战。生态文明与可持续发展是人类今后发展的重大战略，提出城乡生态环境低碳发展对策，发展负碳、零碳、低碳技术，保护城乡生态环境，要实施新的发展理念，逐步实现高质量发展。

After human beings moved from an agricultural-dominated society to an industrial-dominated society, the population gradually shifted from the countryside to the cities. The problems of urban water shortage, environmental pollution and biosecurity become increasingly prominent. Urban heat island effect, climate change, flood disasters, earthquake disasters, biodiversity reduction, and so on restrict the further development of cities. The contradictions between human beings and environment appear gradually. With the development of cities in the direction of urban agglomerations, the contradictions become deeper. The overexploitation of fossil energy and urbanization cause the ecological environment damage and global climate change. Humanity faces new major challenges. Ecological civilization and sustainable development are the major strategies for the future development, we thus propose the countermeasures for low-carbon development of urban and rural ecological environment, advance reduced-carbon, zero-carbon and low-carbon technologies, protect urban and rural ecological environment, and implement new development concepts, gradually achieving high-quality development.

主讲人简介

马军，哈尔滨工业大学教授、博导、中国工程院院士，长期从事市政工程和环境工程领域的教学与研究工作。曾获国际“居里夫人”一等博士后科学基金，国家杰出青年科学基金，国家级高层次人才特聘教授，首批入选国家“百千万人才工程”一、二层次人才和跨世纪优秀人才计划；首批全国优秀博士后；国家级有突出贡献的中青年专家, 国务院特殊津贴。获国家技术发明二等奖2项（均排名第一），获黑龙江省自然科学、技术发明一等奖3项（均排名第一）。获中国青年科学家奖、英国皇家化学会可持续发展水奖、美国化学会科学卓越荣誉奖、全国先进工作者、工信部抗疫先进个人荣誉，已发表论文700余篇，H因子110。

Professor Jun Ma is the professor of Harbin Institute of Technology, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. Prof. Jun Ma has long been engaged in the field of municipal engineering and environmental engineering. He was awarded the International "Marie Curie" first-class postdoctoral science fund, the National Science Foundation for Outstanding Young Scholars, the national high-level talent distinguished professor, and was selected into the outstanding talents plan of national "Millions of Talents Project. He was awarded the National outstanding postdoctoral fellows, Young and middle-aged experts with outstanding contributions at the national level. He received special allowances from the State Council. He has been awarded 2 second prizes of National Technological Invention Award (both ranked first), and 3 first prizes of Heilongjiang Province Natural Science and Technological Invention Award (both ranked first). He won the China Young Scientist Award, the Royal Society of Chemistry Sustainable Water Award, and the American Chemical Society Scientific Excellence Honor Award. He was named the National Advanced Worker. In 2020, he was named as the National advanced worker and advanced individual in the fighting against COVID-19 (awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology). Prof Jun Ma has published more than 700 papers (H-index 110).
