Nanhuang Ancient Path
Nanhuang Ancient Path is located between Linhai City and Tiantai County. It's built in 1000 years ago and is a famous ancient trade road. It's an important channel of folk trade in Eastern Zhejiang, mainly transported by salt, Green tea, cloth, silk, porcelain and other commodities exchange, is a very important national economic and cultural corridor.
There are kinds of maples along the road, is currently one of the best preserved maple road, has been listed as the national famouse eight maple base like Xiangshan in Beijing.

D1-DEC 5th Friday night
Meetup at Exit 6, Line 1/4 Shanghai INDOOR Stadium Metro Station
-> Departure time: 19:30 [Please be there 5-10 mins earlier, Thanks]
-> Travel Time: About 300km away, about 4 hours driving depending on the traffic. 1 Stop on the high way service station.
Meal: No meal, bring some food for dinner in the bus if needed
ACC: Local guesthouse - 2ppl/room
* We suggest to bring your own towel, shampoo
D2-Dec 6th Saturday
08:00 Breakfast time
* Local Chinese breakfast provided by local guesthouse; Instant coffee will provided by HikingLovers
09:00 Let's go hiking; enjoy the beautiful autumn colors in the nature;
[While hiking, only need to carry your lunch and water; ]
->Total hiking is about 12km.
Will be back to guesthouse around 4-5pm and take some rest;
Dinner will be around 18:30 and bonfire after dinner;
Meals: Breakfast & Dinner: INCLUDED, provided by local guesthouse；Bring your own picnic lunch for the hiking

08:00 breakfast time;
after breakfast, you can choose to relax in the guesthouse or we will do a little explore in the village;
Lunch around 12:00;
After lunch, we will head back to Shanghai around 1-2 pm and will arrival at shanghai around 7-8pm depends on traffic.

-> For cancellation up to 3 days before departure time, the full deposit will be refunded
-> For cancellation within 3 days of departure time, the deposit will be lost (possibility to transfer it to someone else if you find a person willing to replace you)

Considering that Outdoor hiking trips have some unexpected risks and environmental changes or other uncertainties, the organizer - HikingLovers will buy professional outdoor insurance for all the members before the trip and also will organize rescue for any emergency on site. All the participants have to follow the organization of the trip organizers/ trip leaders/coordinators/Local guide. Otherwise you should bear your own consequences caused by your own mistakes. We hereby declare that the trip organizers will not have any joint liability of the unpredictable accidents caused by Environment or any accidents caused by the participants’ mistake during the hiking trips.

HikingLovers Outdoor Club was founded in May, 2013 by outdoor lovers who loves hiking and kinds of adventure activities! HikingLovers now turned to be an international hiking club. We organized hiking trips and kinds of adventurous acitivities for foreigners and English Speaking ppl living in Shanghai. We want to make the mixculture of “West meets East” . We have a group of energetic hiking and adventure lovers working as full-time/part-time trip learders from different countries.
