自由潜是一个循序渐进的过程。需要经常训练才可以保持和提高潜能。我们定时或不定时组织训练，一起来训练。

主要训练：闭气，动态平潜，水下拍照

Freedive is a slow process that you need more training to keep or improve your skills.

We are doing training often, let's find diving buddies and get some more training.

Training: STA, DYN and take some underwater photos at the end

地址：可奈泊水疗游泳馆，武定路1131-1号（延平路，武宁南路）

时间：19:20 - 21:00 （泳馆21:30闭馆， 21:00需要离开泳池去洗澡）

*体验学员请19:00到场讲解理论；有证潜水员可19:20到

参加人数：最低5人，最多8个

门票：

* 自由潜持证潜水员：168元/人-自带装备

* 自由潜持证潜水员：218元/人-租赁装备

* 无证体验：328元/人-包含装备；30分钟理论讲解；1.5小时泳池体验。[为了更好的体验， 最多1:4教练/学生]

* 1对1无证体验： 538元/人 - 包含装备；30分钟理论讲解；1.5小时泳池体验 [请另外跟教练约时间]

【泳池每次入场2小时，包含洗澡时间】

ADD: KENIPO, No. 1131-1 Wuding Road, line 14 Wuding road station, exit 1, then walking 370m

TIME:  19:20 - 21:30 every Tuesday night [First time experience student please arrival at 19:00 for thoery and certified divers can arrive at 19:20]

PARTICIPANTS NO.: Min 5 divers, Max 8 divers

TICKET:

* Certified Divers[Freedive]:168RMB/ONE-Bring your own gears 

* Certified Divers[Freedive]:218RMB/ONE- rental gears 

* Non-certified Divers: 328RMB/ONE-Included the gears, 30mins theory on land and 1.5 hours pool teaching.[To have better experience max 1:4 instructor : students]

* 1:1 Non-certified Divers Private Session: 538RMB/ONE-Included the gears, 30mins theory on land and 1.5 hours pool teaching.[Any other time, please confirm with us]
