Four More Independent Refineries Got Crude Oil Import Quotas

Recently, four more independent refineries were issued the crude oil import quotas from the Ministry of Commerce, including Jiangsu Xinhai Petrochemical with 1,730kt, Shandong Hualian Petrochemical with 1,280kt, Shandong Fuyu Chemical with 1,230kt and Shandong Haike Chemical with 720kt. By now, a total of 37 independent refineries got the crude oil import quotas with the total volume of 112,080kt.
