IEA: Global Refining Capacity to Decline in Q1, 2018

According to the latest IEA monthly report, it is predicted that the global refining capacity will decline to some extent in Q1, 2018. At the end of 2017, the daily output in the global oil refining industry reached 81.5 million barrels, which hit a new high. However, it is estimated that the daily crude oil demand volume in the global oil refining industry will drop by 0.1 million barrels.
