PDVSA may Close 3 Refineries

PDVSA, Venezuela's state oil company, may be forced to close three refineries because of the shortage of feedstock and workers. The three refineries include the 305 thousand barrels/day Cardon Refinery, the 140 thousand barrels/day EIPalito Refinery and the 190 thousand barrels/day PuertoLaCruz Refinery. The capacity of the three refineries takes up around 50% of the total capacity of PDVSA.
