58 Companies to Share 89.84 Million Tons of MOFCOM Crude Oil Quotas

The Ministry of Commerce issued the firstbatch of crude oil import quotas under non-state trade for 2019. According tothe notice, a total of 58 companies will share the crude oil import quotas withthe total volume of 89.84 million tons. The first batch of crude oil importquotas for 2018 was 121.32 million tons. Accordingly, the first batch of crudeoil import quotas for 2019 is down 25.95% from that for 2018.
