Start-Up of Dalian Hengli Petrochemical’s Wax Oil Hydrocracking Unit

The 3.84 million tons/a wax oil hydrocracking unit of Hengli Petrochemical was started up and produced qualified products on April 4. Hengli Petrochemical has the CDUs capacity of 20 million tons/a, and it is an important project to promote the economic growth in Northeast China. Hengli Petrochemical plans to build two wax oil hydrocracking units, and each of the unit has the capacity of 3.84 million tons/a. Therefore, if the two units are put into production, Hengli Petrochemical will have 7.68 million tons/a wax oil hydrocracking capacity.
