Shandong Independent Refineries Cut CDUs Operating Rate

Some independent refineries in Dongying, Zibo and Binzhou have cut the operating rate of CDUs by 20%-30% since late November, due to the sluggish demand for refined oil, low profits as well as air pollution control. According to SCI data, the operating rate of CDUs at Shandong independent refineries averages 65.86% on November 28, 2018.
