PP and EVA at Levima Group Became Shandong Famous Brand Products
Shandong Quality Evaluation Association and Shandong Brand Promotion Association announced the list of Shandong famous brand products, and polypropylene (PP) products and ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) produced by Levima Group are on the list.
The recognition of Shandong famous brand is an important measure for Shandong to vigorously promote its brand strategy. Based on the principle of “scientific, open, impartial, fair and free” and adhering to market orientation and consumer recognition, Shandong conducted a comprehensive evaluation from many facts involving capacity at enterprises, product quality assurance, personnel quality, process equipment level, innovation development capability, brand development and social responsibility. Then the list was finalized through qualification verification, material identification, on-site verification, user sampling survey, quality credit evaluation, opinion consultation and public announcement. The products of Levima Group have been evaluated as Shandong famous brand, which means the product quality of this company takes a leading position in the same industry, with high market share, customer satisfaction and broad development prospects.
It is reported that at present, the PP products produced byLevima Group are all high-end specific-purpose materials, such as high-melting thin-walled PP injection. According to SCI, the company was the domestic largest supplier for thin-walled specific-purpose PP injection materials. Therein, the market share in the northern China market is nearly 45% in 2018, and sales in East China and South China are relatively normal.
EVA products produced byLevima Group belonged to high value-added and high-end specific-purpose materials, especially high-VA content grades with high dependence on imports, high production difficulty and high added value. In 2018, the sales of high-VA content EVA products at this company were in the lead in China. In the EVA foam, wire and cable fields, grades of UL00428 and UL00628 are widely used due to excellent product performance. Now the company has become the mainstream supplier of high-end sports shoe midsole foaming raw materials and one of the largest domestic suppliers of wire and cable materials. In the solar photovoltaic film industry, the grade of FL02528 has taken the lead in breaking the monopoly of similar foreign products and developed to an advanced level.
