As market competition continues to increase, polypropylene (PP) producers continue to enrich the grades to increase the added value of products and market competitiveness. Through the research and development of new grades this year, SCI lead you to understand the market demand direction.
Most of the PP producers switched to produce fiber, impacted by the epidemic, leading to a surge in supply of fiber and melt-blown materials. Therein, fiber materials with high melt flow index took the first place, which were mainly used in hygiene-grade masks, surgical gowns, baby diapers, etc. We will not introduce in detail the newly added grades about fiber and melt-blown materials.
