Sinopec Starts Hydrogen Fueling Station Construction in Guangxi
On December 25, Sinopec built its first hydrogen fueling station in Guangxi. That is the first hydrogen fueling station built by Sinopec in Guangxi and the first comprehensive service station integrating petrol filling, hydrogen fueling, shopping and other functions in Guangxi.
In 2020, Sinopec Guangxi Petroleum Branch actively promotes the construction of hydrogen fueling stations in combination with the planning and construction of hydrogen energy hub in Guangxi. Sinopec’s first hydrogen filling station in Guangxi is located in Liuzhou, one of the five largest automobile cities in China and the largest industrial city in western Guangdong.
The station is located at the intersection of Boyuan Avenue and Rungang Road in the logistics area of Liudong New District, Liuzhou City, Guangxi. It is only 2.4km away from the entrance and exit of Luobu Expressway. The total hydrogen storage capacity of the station is 500kg, and a double gun metering hydrogen filling machine is set in the station, with a daily filling capacity of 500kg, which can meet the demand of logistics vehicles and light trucks at the same time.
