Shandong Fuyu and Dongying Hualian to be Qualified for Crude Oil Non-State Import
According to MOFCOM, it has checked and approved Shandong Fuyu Chemical’s and Dongying Hualian Petrochemical’s applications for crude oil non-state import qualifications. Accordingly, MOFCOM published the result and asked for public feedbacks from February 3 to 9.
Both of the two refineries are located in Shandong, so it is expected that the future crude oil import volume from Shandong independent refineries will increase further.
