Shenghong Petrochemical Became Jiangsu’s 2021 Major Project
Recently, the Development and Reform Commission of Jiangsu published Jiangsu’s 2021 major project list, and 8 petrochemical projects were covered, including Shenghong Petrochemical, Lianyungang Sinochem high-end fine chemical project, Lianyungang Weixing Petrochemical ethylene comprehensive utilization project, etc.
Shenghong Petrochemical includes 16 million mt/a oil refining capacity, 2.8 million mt/a aromatics capacity, 1.1 million mt/a ethylene capacity, etc., and it has 0.3 million mt-level crude oil terminal, 3.5 million cbm storage, etc. SCI learns that the project will be put into operation in Q4, 2021.
