By the end of April, there are 36 butadiene producers in China, with the total capacity of 4,946kt/a. The investigated ones include the total capacity of 930kt/a, 405kt/a, 2,192kt/a, 660kt/a, 150kt/a, 369kt/a and 240kt/a, respectively in 7 producers in Northeast China, 3 producers in North China, 16 producers in East China, 4 producers in South China, 1 producer in Southwest China, 3 producers in Northwest China and 2 producers in Central China.
Remarks: The butadiene capacity at North Huajin Chemical Industries is revised to 120kt/a; the butadiene capacity at PetroChina Sichuan Petrochemical is revised to 150kt/a; the butadiene capacity at Sinopec & SK (Wuhan) Petrochemical is revised to 130kt/a.
