黑石集团董事长、首席执行官和共同创办人苏世民：变化的中国正在成为世界领先者

第二十届中国发展高层论坛将于3月23-25日举行。本届论坛增设了“CDF之声”栏目，向国内公众和国际社会传递论坛与会代表的观点和心声。今天发声的是黑石集团董事长、首席执行官和共同创办人苏世民(Steve Schwarzman)。

黑石集团于2007年先后在香港、北京和上海设立了办公室，开始将黑石从中国国有机构投资者募集的资金配置于黑石全球各基金中。

目前，黑石集团有三只亚洲基金，在中国开展私募股权和房地产业务。

2013 年，黑石集团的董事长、首席执行官和共同创办人苏世民，在中国清华大学创立了一个国际奖学金项目——苏世民学者项目，以培养熟悉中国的未来领袖。

苏世民认为，如今的中国在科技领域毫无疑问正成为世界领先者。

中国的聚焦点一直在变。

在中国，没什么是一成不变的。

中国从国有企业基础制造业的发展，到目前更多的转向私营部门企业的多元发展。如今的中国，在科技领域，毫无疑问正成为世界领先者。

像阿里巴巴、腾讯、百度这样的公司以及他们为中国带来的所有服务，已经超越了所谓发达国家的现有服务方法式。

苏世民学者是我与清华大学合作开设的一个项目。

这个项目始于2011年，当时我有想法借鉴罗德奖学金计划的经验。，吸引世界上最优秀的一些未来领导者来中国待一年，并获取硕士学位。但更最重要的是，让他们了解中国是如何运作和思考的，认识未来这个国家将如何演变。

这个项目旨在最大程度地缓解中国与世界其他地区之间的紧张局势。你能想象到，同比西方国家，中国过去40年的经济增长率高的惊人，也让某些人眼红。

难以置信让人惊喜的是，苏世民学者项目在全球深受好评。

我们的目标是一每年总计招生200人，20%来自中国、40%来自美国、40%来自世界其他地区，这个项目取得了惊人空前的成功。

我认为中国发展高层论坛非常了不起，看看每年这么多的与会者就知道了。

重要的是，所有高级商务界人士、学者、其他与会者齐聚一堂，听听中国近况，了解了解新鲜事儿，见见面，同时也与中国的高层领导会晤，并听取他们的意见。

China's focus always changes. 

Nothing stays the same in China.

China went from basic manufacturing in state owned enterprises, to much more in the private sector. And now China'sbecoming a world leader without question, in technology. 

Companies like Alibaba and Tencent and Baidu, and all the services that they bring to China, which has leapfrogged the existing approaches done in the so-called developed world.

The Schwarzman Scholars is a program that I started along with Tsinghua University.

It started in 2011 when I had the idea to take aspects of the Rhodes Scholarship program and attract some of the best future leaders in the world to come to China for a year and get a Master's degree. But most importantly, learn about how China works and how China thinks. What the evolution of the country will be.

This program is designed to minimize tensions between China and the rest of the world. China is the source of some envy as you might imagine, because of its  enormous growth rates over the last 40 years compared to the West.

The Schwarzman Scholars has been unbelievably well received around the world.

We're targeting a total of 200 individuals for a year. 20% Chinese, 40% from the United States and 40% from the rest of the world. It's been really an amazing success.

I think CDF is a really remarkable forum, and you can tell it is by the huge number of people who come year after year.

It's important that all of the senior business people, academics, other attendees at the conference come, hear what's going on in China, learn what's new, meet each other but also meet the senior leadership of China and hear what they have to say.
