2.9 Guangrao Logistics Park Oil Delivery Pipelines

Newly built crude oil pipelines and refined oil pipelines respectively from Zhenghe Group, Dongfang Hualong Group, Qicheng Petrochemical, Kelida Chemical, Shandong HRND Group and Dongying Keli Group to Guangrao Logistics Park. The delivery capacity of the crude oil pipelines is 9 million mt/a. The gasoline delivery capacity is 2 million mt/a, and the diesel delivery capacity is 2.5 million mt/a. The total length of the lines is 33km.

Planned construction end time: March 2020.

2.10 Lihuayi Group Oil Pipeline

A newly built pipeline from Yanwo Town (Mid-Lijin County) to Lijin Petrochemical. The new line will be connected to the oil pipeline from Dongying Port to Guangrao. The designed delivery capacity is 15 million mt/a, and the total length is 20km.

Planned construction start time: September 2018.

Planned construction end time: June 2019.

2.11 Dongying Port – Fuhai Group Pipeline

A total of 4 pipelines from Dongying Port to Fuhai Group, including 3 gasoline pipelines and 1 crude oil pipeline. The delivery capacity of each of the gasoline pipelines is 1 million mt/a, and the capacity of the crude oil pipeline is 3 million mt/a. The length of each pipeline is 60km.

2.12 Shandong Zhonghai Chemical Group Dongying Petrochemical – Dongying Port Pipeline

One 36km newly built crude oil pipeline with delivery capacity of 5 million mt/a. One 36km newly built diesel pipeline with delivery capacity of 1.3 million mt/a. One 36km newly built gasoline pipeline with delivery capacity of 1.4 million/a.

Planned construction start time: September 2018.

Planned construction end time: June 2019.

2.13 Dongying Fuhai Lianhe Logistics Pipelines

Newly built pipelines from Fuhai Lianhe Logistics Company to Dongying Port and Hekou District, including 3 gasoline pipelines and 1 crude oil pipeline. The designed crude oil delivery capacity is 3 million mt/a, and the refined oil delivery capacity is 3 million mt/a.

2.14 Dongying Port Oil Delivery Pipeline

A 39.5km crude oil delivery pipeline from Gudao crude oil depot to Dongying Lianhe Petrochemical. The designed delivery capacity is 5 million mt/a.

2.15 Wangshun Chemical & Refined Oil Delivery Pipelines

From Dongying Lianhe Petrochemical to Shandong Shundong Port Services Company. One 8.8km chemical delivery pipeline with the delivery capacity of 1.2 million mt/a. One 9.6km diesel delivery pipeline with the capacity of 1.15 million mt/a. One 9.1km 92 Ron gasoline delivery pipeline with the capacity of 1.6 million mt/a. One 8.8km 95 Ron gasoline delivery pipeline with the capacity of 1.6 million mt/a.

2.16 Liquid chemicals storage project’s oil delivery pipelines

From Dongying Weibang Logistics’ depot to Dongying Port. One 12km crude oil delivery pipeline with the capacity of 5 million mt/a. Two 12km refined oil delivery pipelines with the capacity of 2.7 million mt/a.

2.17 Dongying Port – Guangrao Crude Oil & Refined Oil Pipelines

A total of 4 crude oil pipelines from Dongying Port to Guangrao County. The delivery capacity of each crude oil pipeline is 12 million mt/a. One refined oil pipeline with the capacity of 20 million mt/a. The total length of the pipelines is 140km.
