Russian Crude Oil Export Tariff Increased to $131.8/mt

According to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the export tariff of Russian crude oil increased to $131.8/mt from June 1 from $118.5/mt in May. Russian Ministry of Finance showed that the average price of Urals crude oil was $71.87/bbl ($524.7/mt) from April 15 to May 14.
