When will Tire Prices Stop Increasing?

Tire prices climbed repeatedly against the cost pressure.

Giti Tire (China) Investment announced on September 17 that prices of all the brands in the replacement tire market were to increase by 2%-3%. Meanwhile, Giti Tire (U.S.A.) announced that prices of passenger car tires, light truck tires, SUV tires and CUV tires in the U.S.A. were to rise by 5% and those of TBR tires were to grow by 10%.

Besides, some China’s tire plants also raise the prices.

Linglong Tire increased the all-steel tire prices by 3% on October 1.

CST (Xiamen) canceled the 5% discount for mini and light truck tire prices on October 1.
