Light Crude Oil More Popular Among China Independent Refineries

In July, 54% of the crude oil imported by Shandong independent refineries was light crude oil, which was mainly from Russia, Malaysia, and Oman. The proportion of medium crude oil was 40%, and that of heavy crude oil was 6%. The medium crude oil was mainly from Brazil, Angola, Congo and Argentina. The heavy crude oil was mainly imported from Venezuela. The proportion of sour crude oil rallied to 55% in July, and the sulfur content was mainly 0.6%-1.04%. The proportion of low sulfur crude oil was 40%, and the sulfur content was mainly 0.27%-0.35%. The proportion of high sulfur crude oil was 5%, and the sulfur content was mainly 2.1% and 5.7%.
