China 2^nd Batch Refined Oil Export Quota Issued

China’s second batch of refined oil export quotas under general trade for 2019 have been released by the Ministry of Commerce.

Therein, Sinopec, PetroChina, CNOOC and Sinochem share the export quotas with 13.17 million tons, 9.55 million tons, 2.84 million tons and 2.83 million tons respectively.
