Taiyuan Is to Promote E10 All-Roundly

In Taiyuan, Shanxi, the government issued the Notice of Implementation Plan on Ethanol Gasoline Promotion (Hereinafter referred to as the Notice). The Notice mentioned that Taiyuan would promote E10 from October 1, 2019. Except for the gasoline for the military, the state and special usage and industrial production, other gasoline would be basically replaced by ethanol gasoline in Taiyuan.

According to the statistics, the consumption volume of gasoline in Taiyuan was 720kt. If the annual growth rate of gasoline consumption volume is 5%, SCI predicts that the consumption volume of gasoline will be 790kt. That is to say, the demand for fuel ethanol in Taiyuan will be 79kt in 2020.
