2020 China 1st Batch Refined Oil Export Quota Detail Issued
According to SCI, China’s first batch of refined oil export quotas in 2020 are 28 million mt. Therein, the quotas via general trade are 24.56 million mt, and the quotas via processing trade are 3.44 million mt. The details are as follows:
PetroChina is awarded with 8.4 million mt quotas via general trade and 0.8 million mt quotas via processing trade.
Sinopec is awarded with 10.96 million mt quotas via general trade and 2.4 million mt quotas viaprocessing trade.
CNOOC is awarded with 2.49 million mt quotas via general trade (including 7kt natural gas quotas) and 0.1 million mt quotas via processing trade.
Sinochem is awarded with 2.65 million mt quotas via general trade (including 2kt natural gas quotas) and 0.14 million mt quotas via processing trade.
CNAF is awarded with 0.06 million mt quotas via general trade (jet fuel only).
