The Ministry of Commerce has issued the second batch of refined oil export quotas for 2020, market sources with the knowledge told SCI. Therein, in terms general trade, PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, Sinochem and China National Aviation Fuel were awarded with 8.53 million mt, 10.47 million mt, 2.82 million mt, 2.72 million mt and 0.06 million mt quotas respectively. As for processing trade, PetroChina and Sinopec were awarded with 0.8 million mt and 2.6 million mt quotas respectively. Private companies didn’t get any export quotas still.
