Vehicle Market Struggles; 3 Bullish Factors Still Exist

The growth of the vehicle industry slowed down in 2018. The sales volume in the first 3 quarters totaled 20,490 thousand. Compared with last year, it only climbed by 1.5%. The growth of the sales in July, August and September dropped from last year. The decrease of sales even reached 11.6% in September. Is the winter of the vehicle market coming? The vice minister of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology stated at the press conference held by the State Council Information Office that low growth was to become normal in the vehicle market, but the overall development was still healthy.

The production/sales scale reached 29.4 million in 2017. It will be difficult to maintain the continuous high growth speed as the base number is huge. It seems that low growth will become normal in the vehicle market.
