Shandong Independent Refineries’ Operating Rate Continued Rising

According to SCI, the average operatingrate of CDUs at Shandong independent refineries dropped to 68.37% as of October31, up 0.25% week-on-week. Dongying Guangyuan Asphalt resumes production, and DongyingQirun Chemical is raising its operating rates. Hengyuan Petrochemical, ZhengheGroup and Fuyu Chemical are scheduled to finish their units’ maintenance thisweek, and no newly added units’ maintenance is heard. Therefore, it ispredicted that the average operating rate of the CDUs at Shandong independentrefineries will continue rising this week.
