Shandong Independent Refineries Raised Operating Rates After Spring Festival

According to SCI, the average operating rate of CDUs at Shandong independent refineries dropped to 64.15% as of February 13, up 02.57% week-on-week. Some refineries ran their units at low operating rates during the Spring Festival holiday, so the average operating rate of the CDUs at Shandong independent refineries dropped to 61.58% on February 6. After the holiday, the market trading improved, and refineries traded smoothly. The average operating rate of Shandong independent refineries is increasing.
