MOFCOM Announcement No. 29 of 2019 on Filing the Anti-Dumping Investigation Against Imports of EPDM Originating in the U.S., South Korea and the E.U.
The Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (MOFCOM) released Announcement No. 29 of 2019 on June 19, deciding to initiate an anti-dumping investigation on imported EPDM originating in the U.S., South Korea and the E.U.
Product under investigation: EPDM
Name in English: Ethylene-Propylene-non-conjugated Diene Rubber or Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, EPDM for short.
The product is listed under tariff number of 40027010 and 40027090 in the Customs Import and Export Tariff of the People’s Republic of China.
This investigation usually ends prior to June 19, 2020; however, the investigation can be extended to December 19,2020 under special circumstances.
