1 SP Chemicals
The 1,100kt/a light hydrocarbon comprehensive utilization project at the company started construction in June 2016, and the units had been put into operation on August 19, 2019.
2 Nanshan Group
On November 9, 2017, Nanshan Group and American Ethane Company (AEC) signed a large-scale ethane import cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, ACE would supply 2,600kt of ethane to Nanshan Group every year and invested in the 2,000kt/a ethane-to-ethylene project at Nanshen Group.
3 Ganergy Heavy Industry Group (GNG)
On December 20, 2017, GNG and AEC signed a cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, AEC would supply 2,600kt of ethane to GNG every year and invested in the 2,000kt/a ethane-to-ethylene project in Jinzhou. The total investment of the project was 26.1 billion RMB, and the construction cycle was 36 months.
4 Yangquan Coal Industry (Group)
On February 1, 2018, Yangquan Coal Industry (Group) Qingdao Hengyuan Chemical signed an ethane supply agreement with AEC. Yangquan Coal Industry (Group) planned to build a 2,000kt/a ethane comprehensive utilization project in Dongjiakou, Qingdao, and the ethylene annual output would reach 1,500kt.
5 Changxing Island
The project covered the 2,600kt/a ethane-to-ethylene unit. According to sources, the project will be put into operation in February 2021.
6 Zhejiang Satellite Petrochemical
The 4,400kt/a olefin comprehensive utilization project at Zhejiang Satellite Petrochemical includes two 1,250kt/a ethane-to-ethylene units and two 750kt/a PDH units.
7 PetroChina Tarim Oilfield
The project includes the 600kt/a ethylene unit, the 300kt/a FDPE unit, the 300kt/a HDPE unit, etc.
8 Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry Group
The 1,000kt/a ethane-to-ethylene project at Tianjin Bohai Chemical Industry Group will match with the 350kt/a HDPE unit and the 450kt/a LLDPE unit.
9 Guangxi Qinzhou
The 1,000kt/a ethane-to-ethylene project will locate in Qinzhou, Guangxi.
