CNOOC Huizhou Refinery Phase II Produced Qualified Ethylene

The 1,200kt/a ethylene unit at CNOOC Huizhou Refinery Phase II produced qualified propylene and ethylene on April 24. CNOOC Huizhou Refinery was the first large refinery constructed by CNOOC. The refinery is designed to mainly process heavy crude oil with high sulfur. The crude oil refining capacity is 12,000kt/a at the refinery.
