Imported Automobile Specific-Purpose Materials Analysis

At present, the statistics showed that among the imported PP resources purchased by domestic automobile production and accessory companies, automobile specific-purpose materials totaled at 3-4kt each month, namely 36-48kt each year. The volume didn’t include the volume of modified materials. Recently, every automobile used about 100-220kg of automotive plastics. As of 2020, each automobile is supposed to use 500kg of automotive plastics. The imported specific-purpose PP resources for automobile were mainly copo PP resources. Besides, some companies could also apply modified homp PP to the automobile industry relying on advantages of technology and quality. Main suppliers of specific-purpose automobile materials are Basel, SK, Exxon Mobil, Borouge, Lotte Chemical, Formosa Plastics, etc.
