The Export Rebate Rate for Plastic Products will Go Up in November

Premier Li Keqiang presided over an executive meeting of the State Council on October 8 to determine measures to improve the export tax rebate policy and speed up the process of tax refund, so as to reduce the burden on enterprises and maintain steady growth in foreign trade.

The meeting pointed out that the implementation of export tax rebates is in line with the rules of WTO. Further improving export tax refund policies and accelerating the progress of export tax refund will help deepen the supply-side structural reform, lower costs in the real economy and address the complex international situation.
