Publicity of 2019 2nd Batch of Non-State Fuel Oil Import Qualification

According to MFCOM, up to October 31, 2019, a total of 15 enterprises applied for the 2nd batch of non-state fuel oil import qualification in 2019. After checking their documents, MFCOM announced that 11 of them met the requirement of qualification, and 2 of them needed to submit additional documents. MOFOM now puts the list of these enterprises to publicity for a period from December 6 to December 12, 2019. The enterprises are as follows:

List of 11 enterprises that meet the requirement:

1. Yijuda Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd.

2. Alpha Asphalt (Jiangyin) Co., Ltd.

3. Nanping Shihua Real Estate Co., Ltd.

4. PetroChina Fuel Oil (Zhejiang FTZ) Co., Ltd.

5. Zhejiang Petroleum Fuel Oil Sales Co., Ltd.

6. China Marine Bunker (Petro China) Co., Ltd.

7. Shandong Hi-speed Hainan Development Co., Ltd.

8. Guangrao Qicheng New Energy Co., Ltd.

9. Dongying Aoxing Petrochemical Co., Ltd.

10. Longkou Port Haihui Industry and Trade Co., Ltd.

11. Guangdong Haisuyu Chemical Co., Ltd.

List of 2 enterprises that need to submit additional documents:

1. Chow Tai Fook Energy (Zhoushan) Co., Ltd.

Remarks: documents about oil depot scale are required.

2. Chengdu Ouyuantong International Trade Co., Ltd.

Remarks: documents about bank credit line and Enterprise Commitment Letter indicating the enterprise is not associated with illegal behaviors in the last two years are required.
