243 Million Tons of Crude Non-State Import Quota for 2021
MOFCOM issued a notice on its website in the morning of today that China’s crude oil non-state import quota for 2021 is set at 243 million mt. This volume is up 41 million mt from the planned volume for 2020.
According to SCI, the second phase of Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical with CDUs’ capacity of 20 million mt/a will be put into production in Q4 of this year, and Shenghong Petrochemical with CDUs’ capacity of 16 million mt/a in Lianyungang City will be put into production in 2021.
