China 2021 Total Fuel Oil Non-State Trade Import Quotas Hit 16.2 Million mt
According to MOFCOM, China’s total fuel oil non-state trade import quotas in 2021 are 16.2 million mt.
Though the 2021 low-sulphur bunker export quotas are not issued yet, source says that the quota quantity will not be influenced by the usage of the 2020 export quotas. In 2020, the total low-sulphur bunker export quotas were 10 million mt, and PetroChina, Sinopec, CNOOC, Sinochem and Zhejiang Petroleum & Chemical were awarded with 2.95 million mt, 4.29 million mt, 0.86 million mt, 0.9 million mt and 1 million mt quotas respectively.
