China MOFCOM Issued Additions to 2019 First Batch Crude Oil Import Quota

On April 18, the Ministry of Commerce issued some additions to the first batch of crude oil non-state trade quotas for 2019. At the end of 2018, the first batch quotas for 2019 were issued, but the first batch for 2019 was only 89.84 million mt, down 25.95% from the first batch for 2018 (the first batch for 2018 was 121.32 million mt). Detailed data of the quota additions were shown in the following table.
