Shandong Independent Refineries Average Operating Rate Dropped to 60%

According to SCI, the average operating rate of CDUs at Shandong independent refineries dropped to 60.37% as of March 20, down 2.44% week-on-week. Changyi Petrochemical shut down its units for maintenance this week. Shangneng Petrochemical, Rizhao Landbridge Port Petrochemical and Weifang Haihua Petrochemical are scheduled to finish their units’ maintenance in the short run. But Eastar Petrochemical, Yongxin Petrochemical and Huaxing Petrochemical plan to start their units’ maintenance in late March and early April. It is predicted that the average operating rate of the CDUs at Shandong independent refineries will continue slipping.
