MOFCOM Allocated 2019 3rd Batch Refined Oil Export Quotas

Sources said China’s third batch of refined oil export quotas under general trade for 2019 was issued, and the export quotas were 6 million mt. However, the details about the third batch of export quotas were not released yet. Up to now, China’s total refined oil export quotas in 2019 are 56 million mt. Currently, many independent refineries urge for refined oil export quotas, and there is a possibility that Dalian Hengli Petrochemical may get the refined oil export quotas this time.
