2019 China 2nd Batch Refined Oil Export Quota under Processing Trade Issued
Source said China’s second batch of refined oil export quotas under processing trade for 2019 was issued. Therein, PetroChina shares 710kt diesel export quotas; Sinopec shares 10kt gasoline, 3,860kt kerosene and 80kt diesel export quotas; CNOOC shares 20kt kerosene quotas; Sinochem shares 30kt kerosene. On the whole, the second batch of refined oil export quotas under processing trade is 4,710kt.
China’s second batch of refined oil export quotas is 28,500kt. Therein, the export quotas under general trade are 27,390kt, and the export quotas under processing trade are 4,710kt. The total export quotas increase by 110kt from that issued earlier this month, and the reason is likely to be that CNAF receives 110kt additional kerosene export quotas under general trade.
