APP 1,800kt/a White Cardboard Project Commenced

Recently, the construction of the 1,800kt/a white cardboard phase II project of Guangxi Jingui Pulp & Paper commenced. Shanghai Baoye Construction Co. was contracted for the construction.

The project is located in the Sinar Mas industrial park, Qinzhou, Guangxi Province. The project 40,000 m2 with a floor space of 100,000m2. According to the contract, the project construction starts on Jan 10, 2020, and it is to be completed on Aug 31, 2021. The total construction duration is 550 days. 

The phase II project of Guangxi Jingui Pulp & Paper is a major industrial project in the city of Qinzhou with a total investment of 11.4 billion RMB. It consists of three sub-projects: one 1,800kt/a white cardboard expansion project, a 300kt/a hydrogen peroxide project and one750kt/a CMP expansion project.

Therein, the total investment of the high-end 1,800kt/a white cardboard project is 8.82 billion RMB, and project includes two white cardboard machines with ancillary facilities such as water and sewage treatment stations.
