China to Issue 2021 First Batch Crude Oil Non-State Trade Import Quota
Source says that China is likely to issue 2021 first batch of crude oil non-state trade import quotas on around December 20, 2020. The total crude oil non-state trade import quotas in 2021 are 243 million mt, up 41 million mt or 20.3% Y-O-Y.
SCI learns that the CDUs at Shandong Yuhuang Shengshi Chemical and Shandong Zhonghai Fine Chemical have been dismantled, and the 3.3 million mt crude oil non-state import quotas owned by the two enterprises each year are transferred to Shandong Yulong Petrochemical.
