2021 Jan-Feb China EPS Export & Import Analysis
In January 2021, China’s EPS export volume was 10.9kt, down 16.94% M-O-M and 36.79% Y-O-Y. That in February was 7.7kt, down 29.12% M-O-M while up 64.09% Y-O-Y. China’s total EPS export volume in the first 2 months of 2021 was 18.6kt, down 15.15% Y-O-Y.
In January and February 2021, the largest importer of China’s EPS was Vietnam with an export volume of 2,491.7mt. The second largest importer was South Korea (2,160mt), and the third was Australia (2,023mt).
In January and February 2021, the main trade mode of China’s EPS export was processing trade with imported materials, with a total of 13kt. The other one was general trade (5.6kt).
In January 2021, China’s EPS import volume was 2.7kt, down 16.35% M-O-M while up 116.37% Y-O-Y. That in February was 0.8kt, down 71.89% and 53.51% Y-O-Y. China’s total EPS import volume in the first 2 months of 2021 was 3.5kt, up 20.08% Y-O-Y.
