Jan-Feb Petroleum Resin Exports up 43.51% Y-O-Y
From January to February 2022, China’s petroleum resin export volume totaled 56.117kt, up 43.51% Y-O-Y.
From January to February 2022, China exported the most petroleum resin to India, with an export volume of 7,443.46mt, accounting for 13.26% of the total exports. The exports to Indonesia was 4,009.35mt, accounting for 7.14%.
From January to February 2022, 54,344.56mt or 96.84% of China’s petroleum resin was exported via the general trade, and 1,454.13mt or 2.59% was via the processing trade with imported materials. The export volume via other methods was small, no more than 1,000mt.
From January and February, Zhejiang-based companies exported 24,236.59mt of petroleum resin, making up 43.19% of the total, followed by Shandong and Shanghai, with exports of 11,237.1mt and 5,000.38mt, accounting for 20.02% and 8.91% respectively.
