在全球化协作中，清晰、地道的职业陈述，是建立专业信任的第一步，因此本期训练营，集团商务中心Passant老师带领现场同事深入学习“独立站运营”、“直播主播”、“软件工程师”等岗位的精准表达，掌握如何将专业角色融入到轻松对话中，让每一次自我介绍都成为展示能力与可信度的机会。
直播部南霖老师则从兴趣与生活场景切入，带领中外同事围绕收藏爱好、周末安排等话题展开畅聊。在分享爱好的过程中，不仅锻炼了同事们的英语组织与表达能力，更在倾听与讲述中加深了彼此了解，无形中培养了中外同事在跨文化沟通中快速建立亲切感与情感连接的能力。
集团将语言训练视为思维与关系的双向塑造，从理解全球情感叙事的电影，到本期建立真实关系的“聊自己”，每一步都在夯实全球沟通的根基——那就是既能专业表达，又能真诚分享，这不仅是语言的精进，更是我们作为全球团队协同共生、面向未来市场的关键准备！
English Training Camp Session 3 | Master Your Presence as a Living Person
On December 18th, the third installment of the English Upskilling Bootcamp came to a successful conclusion amidst enthusiastic participation from all attendees. This session delved beyond the initial "How to Get Started" and explored "How to Sustain Progress", enabling conversations to break the ice after the initial "Say Hi" and truly flow.
In global collaboration, a clear and authentic professional presentation is the first step towards building professional trust. Therefore, in this training camp, Passant, a teacher from the Group Business Center, led on-site colleagues to deeply study precise expressions forpositions such as "independent website operator", "live broadcast anchor", and "software engineer". They mastered how to integrate professional roles into casual conversations, making every self-introduction an opportunity to showcase their abilities and credibility.
Mr. Nanlin from the Live Broadcasting Department started with topics related to interests and daily life scenarios, leading Chinese and foreign colleagues to engage in open discussions around topics such as collecting hobbies, personal interests, and weekend arrangements. In the process of sharing hobbies, not only did colleagues practice their English organizational and expression skills, but they also deepened mutual understanding through listening and speaking, subtly cultivating the ability of Chinese and foreign colleagues to quickly establish a sense of intimacy and emotional connection in cross-cultural communication.
The group views language training as a bidirectional shaping of thinking and relationships. From understanding films that narrate global emotions to establishing authentic relationships through "talking about oneself" in the current phase, every step is laying a solid foundation for global communication - that is, being able to express professionally and share sincerely. This is not only the improvement of language skills, but also a crucial preparation for us as a global team to collaborate and coexist, facing the future market!
