• Master Mariner with a minimum of one year experience as Master.

• Any additional shore experience in Maritime training / operations is a plus.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Good education (In Marine). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Preferably sailing experience on different types of ships.

• Carry out training for seafarers 
• Candidate must have a passion for learning continuously and a strong desire to be in the teaching profession
